Race Space is not a race organiser. We supply the technology organisers use to run their events, so anything event-specific is best answered by them.
The most reliable way to reach an organiser is through their own website or their Facebook page.
Contacting them through Race Space
If you are on a desktop or laptop computer, you can also email the organiser from their Race Space event page.
Go to the event page. To find it, select Browse Events in the menu bar and type in the name of the event you are looking for.
Find Event Organiser under the Event Information section on the left-hand side.
Select Contact.
This option is not available on mobile.
Before you write
Organisers receive a lot of email in the days before an event, so please be patient if the reply takes a little while.
It is unlikely that Race Space will be able to help with an event-specific question. Please only come to us if your query is about the technology itself.
