There is no Add Participant button in the dashboard. Entries from other platforms are imported by Race Space using our template.
Ask Race Space for the import template.
Fill in one row per participant: first and last name, date of birth, email, emergency contact, shirt size and any custom answers.
Send it as a password-protected file.
For later entries, add new rows at the bottom and resend. We import only the new ones.
Once imported, participants can log in with the same email to see their entry.
Note: Participants who are being given a credit (deferrals) should not be in the import file.
