Reading your overall performance data

The performance graph, date ranges and comparisons, and what each of the five metrics actually measures.

Select Performance in the main menu.

The graph and date ranges

The graph shows net revenue for the last 30 days by default. Change this using the dropdown in the top right, which also offers a date comparison option. Comparison lets you put two periods side by side, so you can see one year against the next, one month against the next, or any custom range against another.

The five metrics

Switch between metrics using the blue tabs below the graph: Net Revenue, Entries, Transactions, Page Views and Facebook Engagements. Each tab also shows figures for your Best Day, Worst Day and Average Day.

  • Net Revenue. Total made from sales, meaning entries, merchandise items, booking protection and transfer fees, minus outgoings, meaning refunds, chargebacks, refund fees and transfer fee deductions. If you are using a date comparison, this shows both figures and the percentage difference between them.

  • Entries. The total number of entries, meaning tickets purchased, in the selected range.

  • Transactions. The total number of transactions processed in the selected range.

  • Page Views. The number of page views for your current live events on the Race Space platform in the selected range.

  • Facebook Engagements. The number of Facebook engagements from your event listings on the Race Space Facebook page in the selected range.

All five are governed by the date range set in the top right.

All Time data

Below the graph sits All Time data covering all your events, broken into Sales, Net Revenue, Additional Revenue, Outgoings, Payments, Performance and Events. The terminology article explains every term used in these categories.
