These are the terms used in the All Time data fields on the Overall Performance and Event Performance pages.
Additional Revenue. Money made from things other than ticket sales, such as merchandise or booking protection.
Booking Protect. Revenue received from selling booking protection, which is 10% of what the customer is charged for it. The provider is now XCover.
Chargebacks. A dispute raised when a cardholder questions your payment with their card issuer. The chargeback amount is held until the dispute is resolved.
Charity Donations. Money received in charity donations.
Closed. An event is closed seven days after it takes place, at which point the reserves are released.
Entries. Revenue received from race entries only.
Estimated Entries. Entries estimated from the team sizes people said they expected to have, including places not yet purchased.
Expected Next Payment. The money you can expect to be paid out that week.
Facebook Engagements. How many people have shared your Race Space event page on Facebook.
Gross Pending. Revenue already committed by entrants who are paying in instalments.
Gross Received. Gross Revenue with any future instalment payments deducted.
Held by Race Space. The total amount Race Space currently holds on your behalf.
Individual Entries. People who entered solo rather than as part of a team.
Live. Events currently open for entries.
Merchandise Items. Revenue received from selling merchandise only.
Net Revenue. Revenue earned with Race Space fees already deducted.
Page Views. The number of people visiting and viewing your event page on the Race Space platform.
Race Space to receive by next payment. Race Space takes a few days to receive sales revenue from Stripe. This is the estimate of how much will have arrived by the next payout date.
Refunds. The total you have refunded to participants. This does not include refund claims made through booking protection, since that money is paid by the provider rather than by you.
Refund Fees. Fees charged for processing a refund. These only apply when there are no funds held in Your Funds. If you are refunding out of money Race Space is already holding for you, there is no fee.
Reserves Held. The deposit held to cover Race Space's liability risk in processing that transaction. Released once the participant has attended the event.
Sales / Gross Revenue. Total revenue made through all streams, including Race Space fees.
Sub-Events. The different events, such as distances, held as part of the same wider event.
Team Entries. The number of people who entered as part of a team.
Total Entries. The total number of entries you have so far.
Total Teams. The number of teams entered in your event so far.
Transfer Fees. Revenue received from fees charged when a participant exchanges an entry for credit.
Your Funds. The amount Race Space is holding before payout, excluding reserves held until after your event. Refunds you issue come out of this.
