Race Space pays out revenue to organisers every Friday morning. There is a seven day delay built in, so each Friday you receive the revenue from the previous week rather than the current one. This delay comes from the terms of Race Space's payment partner, Stripe, rather than from Race Space itself.
What "Your Funds" means
Your Funds is the amount Race Space is holding on your behalf that has not yet been paid out to you. It does not include the reserves held until after your event.
Refunds you issue come out of Your Funds. This matters for timing: if you refund a participant at a point when Your Funds is low, and you have not saved card details under Pay-In Information on your organiser profile, the refund will fail.
The 10% deposit
Race Space holds a deposit of 10% until after the event has taken place. This protects Race Space against liability if the event does not go ahead as planned. It is released after the event, separately from the weekly payout cycle.
