Race Space holds a 10% deposit on all sales until after each event takes place.
Seeing how much is held
Account-wide, look at Performance, under Reserves Held. For a single event, go to the Event Performance section of that event's Event Dashboard.
When it is released
Reserves are held until an event is officially Closed, which happens seven days after the date of the event.
At that point the money moves out of Reserves Held and into Expected Next Payment on the Performance page. Once it is in Expected Next Payment, it is paid out on the following Friday, along with the rest of your revenue.
So the earliest you see the deposit is the second Friday after your event, and later if your event falls just after a Friday.
