Select Finances from the main menu. Above the graph are four sections: Transactions, Events, Payment History and Instalments. These and the graph below show sales data for your live events, defaulting to the last 30 days.
Transactions
A list of every transaction coming into or out of your Race Space account, with supporting data for each. The most recent is always at the top.
Remove or add events from the graph by clicking the event in the key just below it.
Change the date range using the controls in the top right of the graph.
Switch metrics using the blue tabs below the graph: Net Revenue, Entries, Transactions, Page Views and Facebook Engagements. The graph redraws for the metric and date range you choose.
Export the list as an Excel document using the Export transaction history link in red at the bottom.
Events
A list of your events with top-line statistics: event dates, event status of paused or live, daily revenue and gross value. You can open any event's dashboard from here by selecting Event Dashboard in the Action column.
Payment History
A detailed list of payments Race Space has made to you, including breakdowns. Chargebacks and Adjustments both show up here and have their own articles explaining what they mean.
Instalments
A list of every participant paying for your events by instalment.
Switch between the blue tabs below the graph: Warnings, In Progress, Complete and All.
The graph gives a month-by-month breakdown of the total instalment amount due across your events, and how many instalment plans that represents.
