Finding the participant
In the Manage Racers section of the Event Dashboard, search for them by name or email using the Search tool in the top right. Click them in the list, and in the dropdown that opens, the fourth tool is the Transfer link in red.
The Entry Transfer panel
The panel shows the event the ticket relates to, the original entry price paid, the transfer cost you set in Racer Services, and the transfer credits the participant will receive in exchange.
Select Exchange Entry For Credits to complete it.
What happens next, automatically
The participant is removed from the event automatically. They receive an automated email telling them they have been issued transfer credits.
They can spend those credits entering themselves or someone else into a future event of yours. The credits are valid for 12 months from the original event date, not from the date you issued them, so a participant who transfers out early has less than a full year to use them.
