Enter another event by the same organiser exactly as you normally would. The credit is applied at checkout rather than beforehand.
Adding your credit
When you reach the basket, before payment, you'll be given the option to add your credit. Choose to add it and the amount you pay is reduced.
If the new entry costs more
You pay the difference. The credit covers what it is worth and the balance is charged as normal.
Spending it on someone else
You can. Credit can be used for your own entry or to buy an entry for another person.
Seeing credit you have not used
Log in and open My Credits. Every unused credit is listed there, with a button to see eligible events, so you can check what you have before deciding which event to enter.
If you can't see your credit
Credit is linked to the email address it was issued to. Make sure you are logged in with that address. If it still doesn't appear, contact Race Space with the event name and your email address.
Credit is valid for 12 months from the date you exchanged your entry.
