You can swap an entry for a credit to spend on another event later, rather than losing it.
Three things to know first
The organiser must have allowed credit exchanges on this event. You can only spend the credit on other events by the same organiser. And a free entry cannot be exchanged for credit.
How to do it
Sign in to your Race Space account. If you are not logged in, select Register / Login in the menu bar.
Select My Entries from the main menu.
Select Entry Actions on the entry.
Select Exchange for Credit.
Check the conditions shown and confirm.
How long you have to use it
Twelve months from the date you exchange your entry. You do not need to know which event you want to move to, and it does not need to be on sale yet. You can see your credit under My Credits, and when you enter an eligible event you'll be given the option to add it in the basket, before payment.
If you cannot see the option
Three common reasons:
It is too close to the event, and the organiser is no longer accepting exchanges.
The organiser has not enabled exchanges on this event at all. Their terms are on the event page under Entry Options.
Your entry was free, and free entries cannot be exchanged.
