You do not need an account to browse events or start entering one. You will be asked to create one before you can complete your entry, because that is where your tickets and entry details live afterwards.
To create one, select REGISTER/LOGIN in the main menu.
There are three ways to sign up:
Sign in with Facebook
Sign in with Google
Enter an email address and password
Whichever you choose, use an email address you will still have access to later. Your tickets, receipts and event emails all go to it, and finding an entry afterwards depends on logging in with the same address you bought it with.
