Unregistered means you have paid for the entry but have not yet completed the entry form. You will not be sent a ticket until you do.
This is normal if you entered using Speedy Checkout, which lets you secure a place quickly and fill in participant details later. Nothing has gone wrong and your place is held.
How to register it
Log in to your Race Space account using the email address you bought the entry with.
Select My Entries from the main menu. Any unregistered entries are listed there.
Select Entry Actions on the unregistered entry.
Select the register option.
Complete the entry form and submit it.
Your ticket is emailed to you once the form is submitted, and it is also available to download from Entry Actions afterwards.
If the entry is for someone else
You do not have to register it yourself. Entries bought for a friend, family member or colleague can be sent to them so they complete their own details. There is a separate article on assigning entries to other people.
