Race Space automatically prompts people who viewed your event but did not enter. Switch it on or off in the Racer Services section of the Event Creator.
The feature emails people who began the checkout process but did not finish, reminding them that their entry is incomplete.
Each person receives a series of two reminders:
One a day after they viewed your event.
A second one a week later.
There is nothing to configure beyond switching it on, and no further emails are sent after the second reminder.
