Select Global Reporting in the main menu, then work through four steps.
1. Select Report
Choose your report type from the Select Report dropdown. There are nine:
Event Summary, Transactions, Entries, Teams, Refunds, Transfers, Merchandise, Charity, Payment Plan.
You can also set a From and To date range here.
2. Select Events
Select Events appears automatically once you have chosen a report type. Filter by event status, choosing one or more of:
Active Events, Paused Events, Completed Events, Closed Events, Cancelled Events.
Once you have picked a status, you can narrow further to individual events within it. If you have no events with that status, no individual events will appear.
3. Select Fields
Select Fields generates automatically based on the report type you chose in step one, so each report type offers different fields. Select all of them, or only the ones you want in the report.
4. Run Report
Select Run Report to build it. The button briefly changes to Building Report, then the results appear as a preview just below. Build time varies with the size of the report, so a large one takes noticeably longer.
